By midlife, the body’s recovery signals can drop by up to 45%, making it harder to build muscle, sleep deeply, or feel rested. To feel a difference, you need to restore the body’s natural rhythm. That's where we come in.

Poor sleep, low energy, and slower recovery are often treated with short-term solutions like supplements or caffeine. But if your body’s repair signals are fading, those won’t address the root cause.
It's time to support those signals from within, so you can feel more like yourself.

FAQs

How do you take Sermorelin

Sermorelin is taken as a subcutaneous injection into a fatty layer of tissue such as your thigh or abdomen. If you’re approved for a Sermorelin prescription, your prescriber will provide a tailored titration schedule and dosing instructions. Your shipment will also come with enough needles and syringes to complete your monthly titration schedule.

Is Sermorelin safe?

Sermorelin is generally well tolerated with a minimal risk of side effects. In fact, Sermorelin is often considered safer than other HGH therapies because it works with the body’s natural systems to produce HGH, as opposed to direct HGH replacement. However, there are risks with any treatment. Please see important safety information for Sermorelin and consult your prescriber about the potential risks and benefits.

Is Sermorelin a steroid?

No, Sermorelin has a different mechanism of action than steroids.

Sermorelin is a peptide that mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), stimulating the pituitary gland in the brain to release more of the body’s natural human growth hormone (HGH).

Steroids mimic hormones directly, acting as a replacement without stimulating the body to release its own hormones. This increases the risk of hormone imbalance, mood disorders, liver damage, and other related side effects.

Why should I take Sermorelin at night?

Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland, which primarily releases human growth hormone (HGH) naturally during sleep. Taking Sermorelin at night helps maximize the body’s natural HGH production. Sermorelin may also encourage healthier sleep, and should be taken on an empty stomach, making nighttime dosing the most effective strategy.

Can I eat anything before taking Sermorelin?

Sermorelin should be taken on an empty stomach at night to improve absorption and reduce side effects. For the best results, take Sermorelin at least 2 hours after your last meal.

Important Safety Information & Common Side Effects

Side effects

The most common side effects of Sermorelin include:

    • Pain, redness, or irritation at the injection site
    • Face or neck flushing
    • Headache
    • Nausea

Side effects are usually mild and often go away on their own within a week or two.
For a full list of side effects, please review Healthline’s Sermorelin resources.

Potential drug interactions

Sermorelin has no known major drug interactions, but may have the following interactions with certain drugs:

    • Glucocorticoids (prednisone)
May blunt growth hormone (GH) release

    • Oral estrogens
       May increase IGF-1 resistance

    • Insulin or sulfonylureas
       May alter glycemic control

    • Somatostatin analogs
       May antagonize Sermorelin’s effects

    • Dopamine antagonists
May disrupt human growth hormone (HGH) regulation

    • GABAergic meds
May reduce pulsatility of HGH release

    • Beta blockers (Metoprolol or Propranolol)
    • Other secretagogues/peptides
May result in unsafe levels of HGH

Other important safety information

Sermorelin is only for users who are at least 30 years old. Users under 30 should explore other longevity solutions.

Your prescriber may ask you for additional information if you have one of the following conditions:

    • Hypothyroidism
Untreated hypothyroidism can impair a user's growth hormone (GH) response. Users with

hypothyroidism may be asked to show that their condition is treated and managed

    • Hyperglycemia or diabetes
Taking Sermorelin with untreated hyperglycemia or diabetes may further impair glycemic control. Users

with hyperglycemia or diabetes may be asked to show that their condition is treated and managed

Sermorelin should not be used by anyone with moderate to severe liver dysfunction or kidney disease.

Do not use Sermorelin if you have an active cancer, or if you have had cancer within the last two years.

Do not use Sermorelin if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or breastfeed. If you become pregnant while taking Sermorelin, consult your prescriber before continuing with your next dose.

Though rare, allergic reactions to Sermorelin are still possible. If you notice any shortness of breath or swelling around your face, tongue, or throat after using Sermorelin, stop use and contact emergency services right away. Mild allergic reactions around the injection site are normal and not cause for emergency.

As with any prescription medication, the dose prescribed is for you and you alone. Do not, under any circumstances, allow anyone else to use your Sermorelin.
